Cindy Burke graduated high school from Duchesne High School in St. Charles, MO and then earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Additionally, Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner™, and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Cindy’s first job, other than babysitting, was at the brand-new McDonald’s at Cave Springs. Cindy got her start in the financial industry working part-time, while attending UMSL, for Robert F. Harte CPA in Clayton. After graduation Cindy was employed by Haskins & Sells, certified public accountants, now Deloitte. Cindy is now the driving force of Cindy J Burke LLC and Burke Financial Advisors LLC. Cindy focuses her attention on high level management of the firms and client facing interactions. Cindy’s business has grown from working as a sole practitioner to now employing 5-9 team members, depending on the season. Cindy has built her practice and reputation on these words: Always do what’s right by the client, and the money will come. Show up every day and be better than you were the day before. Currently, Cindy is working full-time, lives in Wright City with her husband, Kevin, of 42 years; in the future her goals are to spend more time with her grandsons, hike in every national park, bike across the state of MO and to take a step back to watch those she has trained to take her place take a step up-the truest measure of success.
